At Avarixgt S.R.L. we handle personal data with the principles of minimisation, transparency and confidentiality. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit avarixgt.com, how we use it and what rights you have over it.

2. Data we collect
We only collect data you actively share through the contact form (name, email address and message) and information generated in aggregate form by measurement tools once you provide your consent, such as advertising identifiers or browsing events.
3. Purposes
Data is used to respond to your enquiries, to expand the published content based on your questions, to keep the website secure and — if you authorise it through the cookie banner — to measure advertising campaigns and usage statistics.
4. Legal basis
We rely on your explicit consent for non-necessary cookies and optional communications, and on our legitimate interest to keep a record of the received messages until they are attended to.
5. Retention
Contact form messages are retained for a maximum of twenty-four (24) months. Analytics and advertising data are retained according to the provider's parameters — in this case, Google Ads and Google Analytics — and may be anonymised earlier.
6. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties, except when required by law. We use infrastructure and measurement providers (Google LLC as controller of the advertising and analytics tags activated after your consent), subject to their own contractual clauses.
7. International transfers
Some providers process information outside Bolivia. In these cases we require guarantees equivalent to the Bolivian data protection standard, including encryption in transit and at rest.
8. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, cancellation or objection to processing by writing to privacidad@avarixgt.com. We will respond within a maximum of twenty (20) business days.
9. Minors
The site is intended for people over 18 years old. We do not deliberately request or collect information from minors. If we detect such a case, we delete the data immediately.
10. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect new uses, regulatory changes or technical improvements. The version in force will always be the one published on this page, with the last update date displayed at the top.
